Annette Pejeau is a Customer Service Manager at Medic Management Group. In her role, she oversees a team of six agents who support inbound calls and field patient concerns regarding payments, insurance, disputes and collections for three MMG clients. Highly organized and detail-oriented in her work, Annette also supports both the Auditing and Coding departments.
Annette has over 27 years of experience in medical billing and is skilled in multiple healthcare disciplines, including RCM Management, Collections and Accounts Receivable.
Prior to joining the MMG team, she managed the RCM department at Medpilot Inc. and served as A/R Manager at Capital Anesthesia Inc., where she helped establish departments, organize policies and procedures and train staff.
Passionate about staying up-to-date on the latest software, Annette is proficient in MicroMD, Epic, Point Click Care, E-CW, Open PM, Athena, Kareo, NextGen, NueMD and more. She is a Certified Coder (CPC) and a Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).
