Chris States

Chris is an Associate Director within the Revenue Cycle Services Division at Medic Management Group. In that capacity, she serves both external and internal clients with focus on operational diagnostics and problem solving, maximizing RCM efficiencies, ensuring regulatory and general process compliance, and innovating to deliver maximum value.

Chris joined MMG in 2025, bringing more than 35 years of industry experience and a proven track record of accomplishment. She has effectively served in critical operational and compliance leadership roles working with both inpatient and outpatient physician practices and large healthcare organizations. This includes extensive experience in and with clinical staffing, operational and compliance requirements of Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers, and the behavioral health segment. Her professional accomplishments include participating in the launch of Cleveland’s first, non-academic hospitalist program.
