As the Quality Assurance Specialist at Medic Management Group, Michelle plays a pivotal role in the audit and review of Revenue Cycle processes and procedures to ensure that standards in productivity and quality of work are maintained both in-house and externally for our clients.
Michelle brings over 36 years of revenue cycle experience to her role, with 10 of those years being at MMG. She is highly skilled in all areas of medical billing and is proficient in numerous Practice Management systems and Clearing Houses including MicroMD, EPIC, eCW, Kareo, Nexttech, Etactics, Trizetto and Waystar.
Michelle is considered a subject matter expert in her field, and she is called upon to solve problems and provide training on a regular basis.
Prior to joining MMG, Michelle was the Regional Insurance Coordinator for another national Healthcare organization conducting audits of financial assistance applications and coordination of benefits training throughout 23 states.
